    So when my mac failed to boot up, I contacted Apple direct and they were unable to resolve or diagnose the problem over the phone, so they referred me to Trinity. Unfortunately, they could not come up with the correct diagnosis either and said because my mac’s was over five years old, it was a vintage! I decided to find a independent mac specialist. Unfortunately again my local computer repair shop didn’t touch mac computers, but they did recommend Mac Repairs in Chapel Allerton. That I have to say was good advice. Within 5 minutes the problem the Apple store said they could not solve was diagnosed and 5 hours later my vintage computer was just like new again, but with a better hard drive and new cable. I have had no problems since and feel good that someone else is here to help in future. very good. A+

    I tried to replace the battery on my wife’s Iphone 5c. The screen wouldn’t work when I put it back together. I dropped it off with Oliver and he fixed it within 20 minutes. Now the phone is working as if new, which saved me having to buy a replacement phone! Very reasonable charges – he just charged me for the time spent fixing it.
    Next time I need a battery to be changed I will come to Oliver get him to do the whole thing which is also very reasonably priced.
    I can emphatically recommend this company to anyone who needs an Iphone to be repaired quickly and doesn’t want to pay Apple’s exorbitant repair costs

    Lifesaver! So, my boyfirends old Mac had an issue and they said they could handle it. Had originally been over to Apple store and was told it was vintage! I really think it should last him over 5 years. It seems all the guy at Apple wanted me to do was buy a new one. In the end was told about Mac Repair from a friend. Turned out it just need a new power supply and hard drive. Now its running so much quicker and the whole turn around took 2 days. It took me over double that to get a appointment with the Apple store genius.Overall, really good experience.

    My hard drive died and Ollie recovered all the data. I was beside myself, I thought I had lost all my precious pictures, iTunes library, emails. Like many before me I hadn’t backed up for over a year (very dark moment). Ollie spoke to me professionally and not in a condescending way like the genius guy at the apple store. I also didn’t have to wait nearly a week for a appointment! All in all I took the computer in on tuesday and it was back to me wednesday afternoon, good as before, actually better in performance terms. Would definitely recommend to anyone experiencing problems with an apple device.
